RepairDesk runs the back-office for repair shops across the region. We rebuilt their admin platform from the ground up to handle ticketing, inventory, and live KPIs in one place.
Background
RepairDesk's team was juggling three separate tools to manage tickets, parts, and reporting. We consolidated everything into a single internal product with role-based access, real-time dashboards, and a clean operations cockpit for managers.
Challenges
The data model was scattered across legacy spreadsheets and ad-hoc forms. Reports were manually compiled at the end of every week. The team needed a single source of truth without forcing technicians to change how they already worked on the floor.
Outcome
Reporting that used to take a full day now runs live. Inventory accuracy went from ~70% to over 96%, and managers cut weekly admin time from 8 hours to under 2.
