Wasel is a delivery operations platform built for fleets that need to move fast. We built the dispatch dashboard, the driver mobile app, and the realtime tracking layer end-to-end.
Background
The Wasel team needed to replace a third-party tool that was expensive, slow, and didn't fit their region. We built a custom platform tailored to their dispatch flow and Arabic-first driver experience.
Challenges
Realtime location streaming, offline-tolerant driver flows, and a dispatcher view that stays usable when 100+ deliveries are live at once — without sacrificing performance on slower mobile networks.
Outcome
Delivery SLA hit rate climbed by 22%. The dispatch team moved from a Google Maps + WhatsApp setup to a single screen, and the driver app's adoption was near-100% within two weeks of rollout.
